I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield for individual therapy.
If you are out of network, I can also help you submit a superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact me to learn more about superbills or to verify your benefits.
For private pay individual and relationship therapy, I use the Green Bottle Method to help us decide which rate feels most accessible for you based on your financial circumstances.
My range is $90 to $200 per hour, and I trust you to choose which rate meets your personal financial situation.
