Embodied Healing

On the outside, things are fine. But on the inside, you’re exhausted and overwhelmed from keeping it all together.

You find yourself feeling wired, stuck, burnt out, or generally unfulfilled. Everything feels like too much or nothing at all.

You’re disconnected from yourself and stuck in a constant cycle of negative thoughts, anxiety, and shame.

Maybe you’re not sure who you are or what you want. Maybe you’ve tried to solve your problems, but nothing quite seems to help.

You’re not sure why you feel this way, but you know you want your life to feel different. Trauma-informed therapy that centers the mind-body-spirit connection can help make that difference.

You deserve more than symptom management. You deserve deep, lasting support. Therapy that combines somatic work, parts work, and mindfulness-based self-compassion can help.

Through embodied healing work – whether online or in person – you can begin to truly connect to your body, your intuition, and your overall authentic Self.

Healing requires experiencing your emotions in an embodied way, and I can help you do this work in a safe, trauma-informed space.

The shadow of a person's hand reaching upward is cast onto a wall. There are houseplants and curly wire decorations visible at the bottom and left side of the image.

My approach to healing work is relational, and I will show up with deep listening and grounded presence to help you develop your own body awareness.

I will support you in learning to truly feel your body in time and space.

In a safe container, you will learn to identify and shift the negative thought patterns that you have stuck – and to identify who you are and what you want.
